P-FLOYD
There’s no doubt that P-Floyd fills a huge need among those who still love Pink Floyd, and who, for natural reasons, are not able to see them live anymore. With P-Floyd you get your fills and thrills both regarding the visuals as well as the music, and the true magic and glory of what separates PFloyd from other tribute bands, is that they keep surprising their audience with new and breathtaking interpretations and arrangements of Pink Floyd’s immortal music, an organic flow that is usually associated with how original bands nurture their music, at the same time as they maintain and cherish the very soul and essence of the invaluable musical treasure that made Pink Floyd one of the most successful and influential bands in music history. This upcoming fall, two members of P-Floyd, Jan Stumsner (guitars) and Peter Holmstedt (bass) will have the great honour of joining the amazing Syd Barrett tribute act Men on the Border in celebrating the legendary founder of Pink floyd in a historical event with a full symphony orchestra at the Corn Exchange, Cambridge, GB. Men On the Border are themselves becoming a household name internationally with their stunning tribute to Syd Barrett, and it is truly a prestigious invitation the two members Jan Stumsner and Peter Holmstedt has been given, to be guest performers at this concert for Syd. It has already received a huge amount of attention throughout Europe, and all the major music magazines has been writing about it. No doubt it will a night to remember when P-Floyd and Men On the Border join forces to show their love and respect for the Prince of psychadelica, Syd Barrett.
